Funding entity Gas Natural
The Spanish Council of Ministers has approved Gas Natural Public Offer of Endesa if a number of conditions are fulfilled. Among them, hydro power plants that amount 1200 MW must be sold off. Gas Natural plans to sell off the hydro plants in the Guadalquivir river. This report assesses the value of the Gas Natural plans in the power system constraints that arises in Andalucía.
